Queenstown Building E & F

A five-star Australian boutique hotel constructed as an expansion of the two older blocks of the Rydges hotel complex. This hotel is now one of the largest hotels to date in Queenstown.

BUPA Fergusson Retirement Village

This Retirement Facility completed in January 2020 and offers an elegant village community.

Whitby Building 5

iModel supplied the steel detailing and shop drawings of this $19 Million retirement village that has 50 apartments with lounge and dining area. Located at the heart of Whitby community in Wellington. The Building 5 is the final stage of the apartments in the expansion project at Whitby Lakes.
