Five Mile Building 8

Queenstown, NEW ZEALAND
At the heart of Queenstown Central you will find this office tower built in 270 tonnes of steel. Meticulously designed with numerous façade elements.
Work has been tedious in the completion of this project with the varying elevation and angles coming out from a standard structural box. Completed in November 2018, it now houses various retail and offices over its five floor tenancies.

Fenton Street Development

Rotorua, NEW ZEALAND
A three-storey building of 130 tonne of steelwork to house the Bay of Plenty Regional Council. A multi-million development giving Fenton St another landmark.

Bay Of Island Airport

Kerikeri, NEW ZEALAND
This $4.75 million new airport terminal in Kerikeri has opened doors to more passengers, tourists and residents alike to enjoy the picturesque Bay of Islands.
Bay of Island Airport has been shortlisted in the 2020 Auckland Architecture Awards as one of the significant achievement this year in the Auckland region.

Lakesyde Business Centre

Rotorua, NEW ZEALAND
A commercial and retail development at the Central Business District of Rotorua that covers almost the entire city block. Detailed by iModel on 2017 and is currently functional.

Z Energy

Silverdale, NEW ZEALAND
This is one of the many Z Energy small scaled projects of iModel that is all over New Zealand.
